1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bj555 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible via bj-555.io.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the bj555 Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the bj555 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money balances and eligible bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, free bets, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited by bj555 to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by a Player into their Account using an accepted payment method.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any amendment, modification, or re-enactment of that provision.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By creating an Account, you confirm, represent, and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. bj555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where underage use is suspected or confirmed. Any funds held in an Account found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bj555 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information, impersonating another individual, or registering with fictitious details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

2.4 Account Verification

bj555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bj555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify bj555 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. Contact our support team at [email protected] without delay. bj555 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account pending security investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Account Currency

All accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit amounts, bonus values, withdrawal amounts, and game wagering amounts are displayed and processed in BDT unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific promotional offer.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bj555 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee on dormant Account balances or to close the Account entirely, subject to applicable legal requirements. Players with dormant accounts should contact support to reactivate their Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bj555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your bj555 Account. Third-party payments — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the Account reviewed.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player tier. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. bj555 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be forfeited or completed before withdrawing Real Money Funds that were deposited alongside those bonuses, unless the Player explicitly requests cancellation of the bonus prior to submission of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or pending additional verification.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on the bj555 Platform are processed in BDT. bj555 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Any foreign currency transaction attempted via an international card will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card issuer, and any resulting currency conversion fees are borne by the Player.

4.5 Suspected Fraudulent Transactions

bj555 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, bj555 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds pending investigation. Players will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide supporting documentation. If fraud is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited without further recourse.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by bj555 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting depending on the promotion type. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through new account registrations, use of VPNs, or other methods constitutes abuse of the promotional system and will result in account action.

5.5 bj555 Right to Modify or Cancel Bonuses

bj555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account and that Player has already begun wagering with those funds, bj555 will honour the bonus to the extent permitted by its terms at the time of cancellation.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results and RNG

All casino games on the bj555 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are entirely random, statistically independent, and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game disruption during gameplay, bj555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. bj555 shall not be liable for any lost winnings or perceived winnings arising from a game malfunction. The decision of bj555 regarding malfunction-related matters is final.

6.3 Disconnections

If a Player experiences a disconnection during a game round due to internet or device issues on the Player's side, the game will continue according to its normal rules. Reconnecting within a reasonable time will allow the Player to view the outcome of the round. bj555 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the Player's connectivity issues.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Individual game providers may impose maximum win limits per spin, per round, or per session. These limits are set by the provider and are beyond the direct control of bj555. Any winnings exceeding the provider's published maximum will be capped at that maximum regardless of the displayed result.

6.5 Prohibited Gameplay Practices

Players are prohibited from using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other external system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. Collusion between players in any game mode is similarly prohibited. Any Player found to be engaging in such practices will have their Account suspended, all winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets are accepted subject to bj555's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior explanation. Bets are only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation showing a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until this confirmation is displayed.

7.2 Odds and Lines

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. bj555 endeavours to keep odds accurate and up to date; however, in cases of manifest error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human input error — bj555 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and return the stake to the Player's Account.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected events, including cricket, football, and other sports. In-play odds move rapidly. There may be a short delay between the action occurring in the event and the market reflecting that action. bj555 is not responsible for bets placed on the basis of information the Player has received ahead of the odds moving. Suspicious in-play betting patterns may result in bet voidance and account review.

7.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account unless a specific market rule provides otherwise. In cricket, matches reduced to a minimum number of overs by weather or other circumstances and decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled as completed matches.

7.5 Maximum Payout

Sports betting winnings on a single bet are subject to a maximum payout of ৳1,000,000 (Ten Lakh Taka) unless otherwise specified for a particular event or market. Accumulator bets are subject to individual leg limits as well as an overall accumulator maximum payout. bj555 reserves the right to reduce these limits at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.

• Using false, stolen, or third-party identification documents during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to launder money or circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) controls through gameplay patterns, structured deposits, or any other method.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an undue financial advantage. Any winnings obtained via a known or exploited bug are void.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bj555 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bj555 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without express prior written authorisation from bj555.

The bj555 name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the bj555 Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to claims for damages.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Services Provided "As Is"

The bj555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its Services.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bj555 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if bj555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In any event, bj555's aggregate liability to you arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

11.4 Force Majeure

bj555 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bj555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference herein. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bj555 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures — including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

bj555 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 13. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Termination and Suspension

14.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bj555 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing account closure, bj555 will complete any pending transactions and process outstanding withdrawal requests subject to standard verification requirements. Any Real Money balance remaining after all transactions are settled will be returned to your registered payment method.

14.2 Suspension and Closure by bj555

bj555 may suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately terminates, all Bonus Funds are forfeited, and you must cease all use of the bj555 Platform.
